As Data Controller, Comunità San Patrignano Social Cooperative Society informs that the personal data collected are processed for the registration, statistical processing and newsletter subscription, sending and promoting events, information and promotional material for awareness-raising initiatives and fundraising activities in favour of Comunità San Patrignano Social Cooperative Society. Data processing is carried out using methods, including automated oness (software programmes for the management of contact data), strictly necessary for these purposes. The conferment of data is optional, but it is used to carry out the above-mentioned service.
Furthermore, with the data subject’s specific consent, the San Patrignano Community and Confindustria will have the right to communicate your data (name, surname, email address, organization, role, and Region) to IlSole24Ore S.p.A. and the other Sponsors of the Forum (an updated list of which can be found at the following link: https://www.forumsanpatrignano.org/it/sponsor-2026/), so that they, as independent data controllers, can use it for promotional and commercial purposes and to directly offer their own products or services. Please note that the data subject has the right to withdraw consent to such processing at any time, including in relation to one or more Sponsors. This circumstance does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal. Except for disclosure to Confindustria and, in the cases specifically consented to, to the Sponsor companies identified above, the data will not be disclosed to third parties. Failure to provide consent to disclosure to third parties for marketing purposes or to communicate data to Event partners does not affect the ability to use the services offered by the Data Controller.
You may exercise your rights under Art. 15 of EU Reg. 2016/679 (access to data, obtain rectification, cancellation or restriction of processing, object to processing, right to data portability, revoke consent, lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority-Privacy Guarantor) by writing to Comunità San Patrignano Social Cooperative Society – Via San Patrignano, 53 – 47853 Coriano (RN), email adress: [email protected] or to the Data Processor (Nicola Cecchi) at the following email address: [email protected].
Personal data will be kept for the period necessary to pursue the purposes detailed in this informative note or for the time required by law in administrative, accounting and fiscal matters and in any case no longer than 10 years from collection.
